By ordering work of any format from me you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions, so please read the information carefully. Read it carefully so we don't have any misunderstandings.
I can refuse to do the work if it doesn't comply with the rules.

I retain the rights to all work performed by me, which includes, but is not limited to the right to use the works as self-promotion and upload them to any sites unless otherwise agreed. I also do private commissions
which will not be posted anywhere, so if you want your work to be yours only, then inform me in advance. But be aware, for this I take a surcharge of 20% of the total order.I forbid to use my works for commercial purposes, unless otherwise stipulated in the order.
I forbid to use my works as NFT.
I forbid the use of my work for Ai training. You can use my work for personal purposes (post it as an avatar, wallpaper, use it in personal galleries and publics with my authorship use it in personal galleries and publics with my authorship etc) provided that it is not for commercial purposes, or you claim that you created the work yourself. In case of violation of the prohibition to use as NFT or for teaching Ai, you are obliged to pay me 5000 USD.

Term of small orders 1-3 months. For large orders up to 5 months. If the work is needed by a specific date, please inform me in advance.
A small extra fee will be charged.Be careful when I send you WIP, on average I send them 3 times, on sketch work, on line work and on painting. At each stage I can make 3 edits, further edits will be charged at 2 USD each. This does not apply to situations where I did not take into account the details of the character or forgot to add them.When ordering send detailed information about what you would like to see on the art, as well as a detailed reference of the character.
Do NOT work on the description. Only by reference in digitad/traditional format on which you can clearly see the colors and features of the character.When ordering a custom I need a color palette, description of details, references of accessories, etc. The more competently you describe the desired the easier it will be for me to get into your request.Drawing:

Payment is made in USD to paypal/patreon. When paying on paypal it is done by invoice, so I will need your paypal address to send you an invoice. For small orders under $200, payment is made in full. For larger jobs under $500 payment can be made in 50/50 installments, half before the job, half after.
Work will be started upon full payment, or otherwise half payment.
I do not offer a full refund once work has begun. If the work has not yet been started, I will refund 100%, if at the sketch stage 70%, after the line and paint I
may refuse to refund payment. However, if you are not satisfied with the final work, I will offer a redesign or partial refund depending on the type of work.
DO NOT pay for the job in advance. Only after all details have been approved will I drop you invoice on paypal.My designs and their use:
You retain all rights to the character of any design purchased from me, whether commissioned or adopted.
However, I retain the rights to the original artwork I created. This means,
that you may not use the designs I have created for commercial purposes
(such as for merchandise or prints) unless otherwise specified.

Upload the design/image to your personal websites/galleries.
Use the character/design for anything (original stories, roleplaying, etc).
You can resell the design for any price you see fit (there are no requirements on how much you can resell it for).
I can keep or resell any rejected concepts if they are not claimed by the client.
